Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Zoe Ophelia Holdings LLC, P.O. Box 1275, Twisp, WA 98856, USA · [email protected] ("Level Headlines", "we"). By using the site, creating an account or buying a membership, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You need a valid email address to create an account, and you must be at least 13 (and have a parent's permission if you're under 18). Keep your sign-in links private. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Memberships, billing and cancellation

• Plans: Supporter $4.99/month or $49.99/year; Insider $9.99/month or $99.99/year (US dollars, plus any applicable tax).
• Payments on the website are processed by Stripe. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each month or year and your payment method is charged until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from your account page (Manage billing) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• We don't give partial-period refunds, except where the law requires; email us if something went wrong and we'll try to make it right.
• We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. Member perks may change over time.
• Members get no say in our coverage. Members-only content is for your personal use; please don't repost it.

Screenshots and content you send us

When you upload a screenshot, link or note, you confirm you have the right to share it and you give Level Headlines a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, analyze, reproduce, and quote or show it (with personal details removed where practical) in our fact-checks, newsletters, podcast and social posts. You consent to it being processed by our AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't send anything illegal, private information about others, or content you don't have rights to.

AI-assisted checks and AI voice

Instant screenshot checks are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and may be wrong or incomplete. They are a starting point, not a final verdict. Some of our videos use an AI-generated voice cloned, with consent, from one of our hosts, and are labeled as AI where the platform allows.

Fact-checks are opinions; no warranty

Our ratings (such as TRUE, MISLEADING or FALSE) are our good-faith opinions based on the sources we cite at the time of publication. We correct errors publicly on our corrections page. The site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing here is legal, medical or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Level Headlines and Zoe Ophelia Holdings LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, attacking our systems, spamming the check tool, or impersonating others. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the version and date above and email members about material changes before they take effect.
